By processing your order and payment you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement excluding weekends and public holidays.  

Currently, we are only able to ship throughout the Cook Islands, New Zealand and Australia.


Rarotonga Residence 

Free standard delivery service when you spend over $150 NZD

Orders under $150 NZD are a flat rate charge of: 

  • Kave X Service - $5.00

We also offer store pick up as another option (FREE)

Outer Islands

FREE standard shipping when you spend over $120 NZD

Orders under $120 NZD are a flat rate charge of:

  • Jetx  - $10.00


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

NEW ZEALAND

Free International Standard Shipping when you spend over $250 NZD

Orders under $250 are a flat rate charge of: 

  • Standard Shipping - $30 NZD

Standard International: 7 - 12 business days (Approx.)

AUSTRALIA

Free International Standard Shipping when you spend over $300 NZD

Orders under $300 are a flat rate charge of: 

  • Standard Shipping - $40 NZD

Standard International: 14 business days (Approx.)

CUSTOMS TAXES:

Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. Mintfit is NOT responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders Internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. Please note, if the wrong address is provided, Mintfit cannot offer reimbursement for this package.


Can I return an item for a refund?

At the moment, Mintfit Activewear does not offer return for refund. We do however offer exchanges - see below.

Exchanges

Exchanges apply to Domestic orders ONLY. In order to make an exchange successfully you must ensure you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges will only be accepted and exchanged for another item of the same value.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES FOR ITEMS ON SALE OR DISCOUNTED.

I live in Rarotonga, how do I exchange an item?

You must return the item back to Mintfit headquarters in person within 5 days of receiving your order. 

The item must be unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). ​Mintfit has the right to reject an exchange if they do not meet the above conditions. 

Exchanges will only be accepted and exchanged for another item of the same value.

If I live in the Outer Islands, how do I exchange an item?

You must firstly contact us within 7 days of the date stated on your invoice. Thereafter, you must also ship the item back to us within the same 7 days. Once we receive it, we will examine the item(s) to check that they are unworn, unwashed and unused with original tags attached with proof of purchase provided (proof of purchase can be your order number, or your invoice received with your order). Mintfit has the right to reject an exchange if they do not meet the above conditions. You will be responsible for paying return shipping back to you.

Do I have to pay for shipping when sending an item back to exchange it?

Yes. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees when returning items back Mintfit. Please bare in mind, you will also be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the correct exchanged item(s) sent back to you.

My item is faulty, what do I do?
Firstly we are so sorry about this! We pride ourself on quality control across all of our pieces. If you feel that your item is faulty or incorrect, please email our team at info@mintfit.co.ck within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate this and assist you further. PLEASE NOTE, MINTFIT DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS, HOWEVER WE CAN OFFER STORE CREDIT SHOULD YOU WISH NOT TO EXCHANGE THE FAULTY ITEM FOR ANOTHER. 

My item has been damaged in the washing machine, what do I do?

To keep your items in best condition we always recommend looking after your pieces with the highest level of care.

We recommend either hand wash or put wash on cold gentle cycle. To dry, it would be best to hang in the shade.

Mintfit will not be responsible for any damage caused to items from washing machines or laundry products - this includes items being caught on a washing machine or products causing stains, bleaching or dye leaking.
